- Comments column was a merge of two columns to accommodate the 
  worksheet test case result counts table.  This caused a bug where
  users who inserted new rows were unable to re-merge the comments
  columns.  So, re-arranged the results data table at cells E3-H8
  such that the extra column could be deleted.  Will make it much
  easier to insert, copy, and paste rows in and out of worksheets
  with less effort.
