BUGS:

- App icon background not transparent in upper left corner of window.
  Shows up really bad in Windows XP.

- Spinner control (up arrow button) on hour:min:sec is cutoff.

- Came across online newsgroup message (but not yet confirm) that 
  FileTouch not work on UNC paths (must be mapped drive)

FUTURE ENHANCEMENT REQUESTS:

- Touch read-only files

- Separate time & date modification operations (leave one or the other
  intact)

- Select 24 hour (military) time -- at present only allows am/pm time

- Touch folders (not just files)

- Save and load settings files (only the last settings are saved right
  now, no option to save different settings files and open them later)

- Add Version Touch in addition to file date/time

- Add multi-language support via localization file

- Add button to autogen commandline based on selections you made

- Consider whether it makes sense to add drag-and-drop to the folder
  and file selection dialog.
